The Southern Poverty Law Center has sent a demand letter to the Moss Point School District in Mississippi on behalf of a young lesbian, Destin Holmes, who says she faced severe and pervasive harassment based on sexual orientation and gender expression while a student at the district's Magnolia Junior High School.
